Role and Responsibilities—

• Consistently document manual processes
• Ownership of E2E testing
• Familiarity with quality assurance best practices/methodologies
• Experience creating automated tests (GI/Selenium/etc.)
• Aptitude for working on highly detail-oriented tasks
• Familiarity with software development life cycle
• Functional competencies in HTML, JS, CSS
• Knowledge of browser testing and finding inconsistencies across desktop and mobile devices

Preferred Qualifications—

• Strong technical background and understanding of web technologies
• Knowledge of browser testing and identifying inconsistencies on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices; Experience with automated testing platforms is a plus
• Strong, concise communication skills (written and verbal), especially in interacting with clients to resolve issues and provide training
• Capability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related curriculum or equivalent education and related work experience
